Mr. O'Malley is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience leading teams of consultants, back office personnel, and application developers.  He has demonstrated experience meeting client needs on mission critical litigation and investigation projects, including:

• complex multinational litigation

• Government investigations including: DOJ, SEC, FERC, and FTC

• Cyber security investigations

• Stock options probes

• Class action litigation

• Bankruptcy related litigations

• Wage and hour disputes

• and internal investigations

The global nature of these engagements require protocols to incorporate data privacy compliance and security strategies that address various regional data privacy regulations.

Prior to creating the Delevan Group, Mr. O'Malley established the electronic discovery practice at Ankura Consulting.  He successfully innovated technical solutions for emerging technologies, trained staff on emerging technologies, and testified as an expert in the areas of analysis and restoration of electronic data, electronic discovery best practices, and the testing of related computer software.
